History
It started from an early age
I have always been artistic, drawing as a kid and immersing myself in alternative culture, fashion and music.
My grandfather was also a major influence, having been in the Navy and having Tattoos it captured my imagination and interest.
2003
I was lucky enough to secure a traditional apprenticeship, focused on the traditional art and tradition of tattooing.
Over the next 14 years, I was immersed in the history, tradition and art of tattooing – it’s a shame it not like that now!
2015
I set up Voodoo Lou Tattoo

Voodoo Lou’s Tattoo Emporium is based in Parkstone, Poole in the Gentleman & Rogues Club, vintage barbershop. The studio is fully registered with Poole Borough Council.
